The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), came into force on 25th May 2018.

HOW WE COLLECT AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data includes information such as name, property address, email address, phone number and bank details. This will only be used when the customer makes a payment through L.Rawal Collection or when the customer contacts our website. We will use personal data such as paypal to process a transaction.  Personal data such as name and address will be stored for a duration of 30 days after initial payment or contact.

THIRD PARTY

Personal data will not be passed on to any third party organisations and will be strictly kept confidential. However name and addresses will only be used to post items purchased from L.Rawal Collection for shipping purposes. 

 

HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

Data will be kept for a maximum of 30 days and will be destroyed or removed from L.Rawal Collection website after initial contact or product purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Item/s can be returned within 30 days of receiving goods still in good condition and not be worn or used. The buyer will be required to pay their own postage and packaging fee which will be non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations and will not be responsible for items that are damaged during transit.. 

 

Please keep items away from:

​

• small children and animals

• fire and any form of flammable source

• direct sunlight as this may discolour the item.

• water or moist as items are handmade.
