Roses are a sign of beauty, elegance, delicate as well as empowerment. Roses have a variety of different coloured petals. Roses are also strong, they consist of stems which have thorns and prickles on them.
According to Ancient Greece the roses symbolized the goddess Aphrodite which is why the pink rose is referred to Rose Aphrodite. Aphrodite is associated with love, beauty, passion, sexuality and procreation. She was worshipped as a warrior goddess.
